Wasnt up to it…but still did a workout today :) I did the Mammoth UML workout from Tony’s One on One. Needed something different. Burned 819 calories and feel GREAT. Glad I did it. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend :)

Round 2 - Day 80: Shoulders and Arms w/ Ab Ripper X done. 645 calories burned. Feel good :)
Round 2 - Day 66: Back and Biceps w/ Ab Ripper X finished…at 6am. I feel that even tho I am dead tired every morning….it feels so much better to get it done in the AM. Feels good!
Every time you miss a workout….a puppy cries. You dont want a puppy to cry do you? Get that workout in. Im off to bed…up early for some back and biceps w/ ab ripper x! Love Peace and Chicken Grease!
Woke up today at 6am, pounded out Chest Shoulders and Tri w/ Ab Ripper X. Feels so good to just wake up, and get everything done. So much better than waiting to get it done. I can already tell, that today I am going to have a good attitude. :)
Today’s daily calorie burn. Did Cardio X and ARX this morning and burned 853. Just got done with Legs and Back, for a total of 1472 calories burned. This is going to be to be an every other day thing. I need to break this plateau bad. Let’s hope the hard work will pay off.
Woke up at 6:30 this morning. Just got done Cardio X and Ab Ripper X. Legs and back this evening. Burned 853 calories combined. Lets hope its even more with tonight’s workout. Really trying to break this plateau. Determined to do it.
